By booking a session or using this site, you agree to the following.

The services

Next Stop: High School provides educational consulting about NYC public high school admissions, delivered over Zoom. The specific scope, and its limits, are described on the Scope of Services page, which forms part of these terms.

Booking and payment

Platform Talks and Single Rides are booked and paid for through Acuity Scheduling, with payment collected in full at booking. Ride the Line and All Stops begin with a free Fit Check, and the scope and payment arrangements are confirmed afterward. Prices are listed on the Work with Me page and may change, though a price is fixed once you have booked.

No guarantee of outcomes

Admissions decisions are made by NYCPS and individual schools through processes I do not control and cannot influence. Nothing on this site or in any session is a promise of admission, placement, services, or any other result. Advice is based on my professional judgment and publicly available information at the time it is given.

Verify with NYCPS

Admissions criteria and deadlines change. You are responsible for confirming all official information and dates through NYCPS and the MySchools portal before acting on them.

Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information on the intake form, show up for sessions you have booked, and do not record sessions without permission. Session materials, recap emails, guides, and site content are mine, provided for your family’s personal use, and not for redistribution or resale.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, liability arising out of these services is limited to the amount you paid for the session in question. I am not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including admissions outcomes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York.
